DO YOU WANT TO VOLUNTEER at muddy roots music festival?

All Volunteers who are working in exchange for a weekend pass are required to work a total of 12 hours which breaks down into three 4 hour shifts.

When you send over an inquiry please send over the following info:

1. Your First Name and Last Name

2. A recent Photo of yourself

3. .What DAY and TIME you’re ARRIVING and LEAVING

4. Your Email & phone number

5. ALSO INCLUDE THIS INFORMATION BELOW TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS

   Put in order of preference first to last and make sure you include all 4 of the time slots.

   8am-12pm/12pm-4pm/4pm-8pm/8pm-12am

   Trash/Parking Lot/Merch/Ticketing

   We try our best to place people in areas they prefer to work, but please remember that doesn’t always work out.

You will send all the following information via email to delane@muddyroots.com. We will be collecting information from all Volunteer Inquires and we slowly be reaching out to people as we fill up spots available. Due to the amount of submissions we receive for volunteering we won’t be able to accept everyone who applies. Please give us time to go through the submissions.

If you’ve been added on as a volunteer then you will receive a text confirming that you’ve been added on as a volunteer for 2026.You will receive your volunteer schedule closer to the festival once we’ve completed it. As we do the volunteer schedule we will reach out to you via text if needed to discuss the schedule with you. We tend to wait to do the volunteer schedule until after we’ve put out the band schedule, so please be patient with us.

Ps: Please remember there’s only 3 of us who put this festival on and we’re trying to stay as organized as possible so please only send volunteer inquires through the email provided.
